Paper accepted: Demonstrating Hybrid Learning in a Flexible Neuromorphic Hardware System

Last month, our publication titled "Demonstrating Hybrid Learning in a Flexible Neuromorphic Hardware System" has been accepted at the IEEE Transactions on Biomedical Circuits and Systems. A pre-print of the article can be downloaded from the arXiv.

This paper describes the plasticity system of our Digital Learning System and shows first measurement results of the neuromorphic prototype.
