Abstract (en) | Infrared spectroscopic study of organic semiconductors: In this work n-type doping of the electron conducting organic semiconductors PEPTC and ActiveInk N2200 with derivatives of the donator molecule n-DMBI has been investigated with infrared spectroscopy. Quantum-chemical calculations and dielectric functions for all materials were created and compared with the experimental transmission spectra in the mid-infrared (MIR). An orientation in the thin film was measured and investigated in the case of PEPTC and the ActiveInk N2200. A Drift of donator molecules in the polymer ActiveInk N2200 could be confirmed and a possible immobilization with the use of synthetically created anchor-groups added to the molecule was investigated. |
