By car
From Berlin City Center drive onto the Prenzlauer Promenade and join the motorway A114 (direction Hamburg).

On the motorway take the exit “Bucher Strasse”. At the traffic lights turn right onto the Hobrechtsfelder Chaussee towards Buch. Keep on going until you pass Unit 6 and 7 of the Buch Clinic and turn right at the traffic light onto the Wiltbergstrasse. Pass under the S-Bahn and approximately 500 m after turn right onto the Karower Chaussee.

Again 500 m after turn right into the Robert Rössle Strasse and this will take you to the entrance of the MDC Berlin-Buch Campus.

By public transportation

1. From Tegel Airport:
Take bus 128 (blue airport shuttle) to U-Bahn station ‘Osloer Strasse’. Then take bus 150 to S-Bahn station ‘Buch’ and get off at stop ‘Theodor Brugsch Strasse’. From there you can walk to the MDC (total journey time about 80 min)
Or
Take the TXL bus to the S-Bahn Station ‘Beusselstrasse’. Then transfer to S-Bahn line S41 heading in the direction Gesundbrunnen. At S-Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen change to line S2 to Buch or Bernau and get out at the S-Bahnhof Berlin-Buch (total journey time about 35 min)*
Or
Take the TXL Bus to the S+U Bahn station Potsdamer Platz and change there to the S-Bahn line S2 to Buch or Bernau. Get off at Berlin-Buch. (total journey time about 60 min.)*

2. From Schoenefeld Airport:
Take the S-Bahn line S9 to Zoologischer Garten and get off at station Friedrichstrasse. Then change to the line S2 to Buch or Bernau. (total journey time about 1h 11 min.)*
Or
Take the S-Bahn line S45 to Westend. At the S-Bahn station Papestrasse change to S2 to Buch/Bernau. Get off at Berlin-Buch. (total journey time about 1h 14 min.)*

3. From Tempelhof Airport:
Take the U-Bahn line U6 to Alt-Tegel and change at station Friedrichstrasse to the S-Bahn line S2 to Buch or Bernau. Get off at Berlin-Buch. (total journey time 43 min)*

4. From Hauptbahnhof/Lehrter Str. :
Take the S-Bahn to station Friedrichstrasse. You can choose between the S-Bahn line S7 to Ahrensfelde, S75 to Wartenberg or the S9 to Schoenefeld. At Friedrichstrasse station change to the S-Bahn line S2 to Buch or Bernau. Get off at Berlin-Buch. (total journey time about 40 min).*

5. From Ostbahnhof:
Take the S-Bahn to station Friedrichstrasse. You can choose S-Bahn line S5 to Friedrichstrasse or S75, S7, S9 to Zoologischer Garten. Change at Friedrichstrasse station and get on the S-Bahn line S2 to Buch or Bernau. (total journey time about 40 min)*
Or
Take the S-Bahn to station Ostkreuz. You can choose line S75 to Wartenberg, S3 to Erkner, S5 to Strausberg Nord, the S7 to Ahrensfelde or the S9 to Schoenefeld. At Ostkreuz change to line S8 to Pankow and change there to S2 to Buch or Bernau. (total journey time about 40 min).*
Or
Take the S-Bahn to Alexanderplatz. You can choose either the S-Bahn line S3 or S9 to Westkreuz, the S5 or S75 to Spandau or the S7 to Potsdam. At Alexanderplatz change to the U-Bahn line U2 to Pankow and change there to S-Bahn line S2 to Buch or Bernau. Get off at Berlin-Buch. (total journey time: 33 min).*
