Place IO

Place -> IOs... brings this popup in front. First we write a io constraint file, then we edit it. Now you can specify the placement of the pads.

    LEFT ( #IOs are ordered from bottom to top
    U4 East; #lmod:OB35P net:alarm_anzeige

This are two lines from the wecker_io.ioc file, LEFT means the left side of the chip, U4 is the first pad in this row and it is at the bottom. EAST means the direction of the port.
